Pricing & Engagement
Two main models: Operations Audit (one-time, project-based, 2-4 weeks) starts at a fixed project fee. Fractional COO (monthly retainer) is based on hours and scope — most engagements are 15-25 hours/month. Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute strategy call where we discuss scope and investment.
We typically start with a 90-day operational reset. This gives us enough time to diagnose, implement, and stabilize core operational improvements. After 90 days, most clients transition to ongoing monthly support.
We don't offer refunds, but we do offer confidence: 87% of our clients renew their engagement within the first year. If we're not delivering value, we'll tell you — and help you find the right solution, even if it's not us.
Absolutely. Many clients start with an Operations Audit to get a clear picture before committing to ongoing engagement. The audit investment is credited toward your first month of Fractional COO service if you decide to continue.
Process & Onboarding
We run a full operational diagnostic — mapping workflows, team structure, vendor relationships, and pain points. By day 30, you have a clear action plan with priorities, owners, and timelines. We also implement 2-3 quick wins during this period.
After your strategy call, we kick off with a structured onboarding week: access to your tools, introductions to your team, and a deep-dive into current workflows. By week two, we're already executing.
Weekly strategy sessions (video call), daily async updates via Slack or your preferred tool, and monthly written progress reports. We adapt to your communication style and tools.
We work within your existing tech stack. We're proficient across project management (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Notion), CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), communication (Slack, Teams), and financial tools (QuickBooks, Xero). If a better tool exists for your needs, we'll recommend it.
